To request a prescription refill, please submit the online request using the form below. Once your online refill request has been received, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your request and provide you with a date and time when your prescription will be ready for pick-up or shipping. Refill requests submitted after hours or the weekend, will be confirmed on the next business day. If you do not receive a confirmation from us by the next business day, please call us at (321) 953-2004 to ensure we received your online submission.
Please enter the number of prescriptions you need refilled and the prescription number(s). The prescription number is located on your prescription label above your name (example, RX 123456).
Some compounded prescriptions and requests for multiple months take longer to prepare than others, so please provide us with at least 24 to 48 business hours to complete your request(s).
If your prescription is out of refills, please contact us and we will fax your doctor to request additional refills for your medication. This process can take time, as most doctors are unable to respond to these requests the same day. Please note that some refill requests may also be denied by your doctor. To ensure that you do not run out of your prescription while we are obtaining your refill request, it is helpful to contact us a few days earlier to allow your doctor time to get back to us.
