Consultations for Women

To assist our patients and their medical practitioners with compounded formulations of bio-identical hormones, Specialty Pharmacy offers comprehensive individual consultations with our pharmacists. The consultation allows the opportunity for patients to receive answers to their specific questions about bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

Prior to your consultation, please complete and submit the following confidential questionnaire and a pharmacist will contact you within 72 hours.

During the private consultation, our pharmacist will:

Review your personal medical history (from previously completed online questionnaire)
Review your symptoms
Review your lab work, if appropriate
Discuss your lifestyle and nutrition
Provide recommendations to your healthcare provider

Our initial HRT consultation fee is $75.00 for a 45-minute teleconference session. Please note that we cannot schedule a consultation appointment until after the questionnaire has been completed and returned to Specialty Pharmacy.

Therapy Recommendations

After your hormone replacement therapy consultation, we will work with your physician on a personalized HRT therapy recommendation to address your specific needs. We may also recommend nutritional supplements as part of your regime in order for you to achieve the proper balance of hormones.

Please note any prescription recommendations from our pharmacist as a result of your consultation will still require a prescription from your prescriber.
